There has been so much generalized chatter regarding the Democratic candidates effect on down ticket candidates running for Congressional office in 2008 , that I decided to explore some of the top contenders and the effect their candidacy for President may have on a specific down ticket candidate. The Democratic candidates I will be taking a look at are Barack Obama , my candidate , John Edwards and Hillary Rodham Clinton. The Congressional candidate I will be looking at is none other than my own , House Representative and DOCTOR Steve Kagen (D-WI) who represents the 8th District of the state of Wisconsin.

Dr. Kagen was elected to a seat that was once held by a very strong Republican in a very tight race and the Republicans want their seat back. He was elected in 2006 after running on a platform of HEALTH CARE ! I encourage others who have members of Congress up for re-election to also think about the effect our Presidential Nominee will have on their down ticket candidate. Dr. Kagen was heavily attacked by the Republican opposition last time and is currently on the RNC's Target List for defeat this time as he is up for Re-Election.

Everyone is making a big fuss over the fact that Republican 911 Failure, Rudy Giuliani has hired the same company that put out those Racist Pro-Corker Ads in 2006 which played just as significant a role as George Allen's Macaca Moment did in defeating Harold Fords race for the Senate. The Jim Crow Fear Baiting implication is that Barack Obama will be targeted the same way Harold Ford Jr. (DLC) was , because he is African American. Well, I am not concerned or convinced because the only reason why those ads were effective , were because they were true. The Racist overtone was just the frosting on the cupcake which blocked any leniency towards Harold Ford for his outed "indiscretions"

I thought I was finished with this whole topic until I saw Tucker Carlson launch an ALL-WHITE Panel to answer the question as to whether or not Barack Obama is "Black Enough" for BLACK AMERICANS. Now, that in and of itself is beyond Racist, but I won't go into it. Those who know it is already know why it is and those who don't think the conducting of such a panel is Racist, then they will never get why they are so wrong. But, I'm going to address this crap yet again and I'm going to tell you that if Barack Obama isn't Black enough for Black America because of his life's experiences, then I'm not Black enough for Black America either! Looking at the questions and arguments as to whether or not Barack Obama is Black enough for Blacks, I have concluded that if he isn't, then neither am I. Based on the ridiculous Litmus Test given to Barack Obama to determine his Blackness, I too fail that test. I will tell you why.

I was wondering why I saw two Pro-Hillary Diaries spring up on MyDD talking about State Polls as opposed to the usual obsession over NATIONAL POLLS.

He said it all in a speech that I didn't bother to read . I just heard Pakistan and Al Qaeda and Osama Bin Laden and Kill and I drew the conclusion on my own. Now, I am a very credible analyst because I just am and everyone should listen to me.

Tonight's debate may have scored some points for Hillary Clinton , but I was insulted and infuriated. Whether or not the Media and the American people would be more concerned about HIV/AIDS among African American women and it would be addressed more if they were White women, does not address this serious issue and I am disgusted that Hillary addressed it as cheaply as she did.

I have heard some really enraging arguments about Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama with respect to the Southern White Male Vote that I just don't buy. But, instead of respond calmly and logically, I let the emotions shaped and nurtured by my life time experience as an American Female and an American Black , rule the day. I have dismissed all arguments as retarded, racists, sexists, trollish, idiotic, generational stupidity, fear mongering, race baiting, jim crowism, dixiecratic, male chauvinist, white supremacists, stuck in the 50's......sigh........, old fartish, senseless, gender bias, bigotry, foolish, uncle tomish, sell-outish, ill-strategic, kkkish, republicanism, old southish, hickish, confederated and if I missed a few, I'm sure someone , I've angered will let me know.

In any event, I looked at the argument again and I thought about it. I think I can finally explain my opposition without name calling.

I would like to share a link with you that quotes some statements you made in Iowa. I would like for you to first, verify, whether or not you made these comments as I know how easily the MSM can misquote a Democratic Candidate. Next, if you did make these comments, I am asking you to clarify what you meant by them and either confirm or deny that you meant them exactly as they were perceived by the commenter's who responded to the story. I look forward to some type of statement. I do not believe that you will remain silent in responding because , as you have stated before, "silence is betrayal". So, please take a look at the link.
